CHARGES:
A protest was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mrs K R Williams under rule 870 (3) and the Breaking Horse Regulations alleging that the horse Partyboysimon broke between 100 and 120 meters from the finishing line and did not recover his gate. Mr Orange admitted the breach and did not wish to contest the protest.

FACTS:
Mr Allison used several video clips of the alleged incident highlighting the start of Partyboysimon breaking by a pylon and then continuing to highlight the distance between each pylon to the winning post.
DECISION:
The committee was satisfied that Partyboysimon had breached the rule and the Breaking Horse Regulations and as a result the protest was upheld and Partyboysimon was disqualified.
