FACTS:
An Information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr TW Taumanu instigating a Protest against the fourth placing of Munter (Driver AP Neal) on the grounds of galloping in excess of 150 metres during the running.
Mr Neal as part Owner, Co-Trainer and Driver of Munter advised this Committee that he did not contest the protest.
DECISION:
On the basis therefore the protest was not contested it is accordingly upheld and Munter is disqualified from fourth placing.
The amended placings are therefore:
